All orders made are non refundable and no cancellation is allowed. Amendment to order made is not allowed.
Devil's Heaven has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor display the actual color tone of our product.
Devil's Heaven has made every effort to ensure all measurements for our products displayed on our website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm. However, due to the fact that certain fabrics/materials are stretchable, actual measurements might vary slightly.
Payment Policy
Devil's Heaven accepts InterBank Fund Transfer and PayPal.
We always thrive to provide competitive and best value products to valued customer like you. However we encounter alot of unpaid/cancel orders. We seek your understanding to make payment for your purchase within 1 days after order is made. . We will relist your purchase if payment is not rec'd after 1 days for others to enjoy our best value products.
For Interbank Transfer, customer could perform ATM transfer or Internet Banking. Please provide us the following after payment is made.
- Which Bank you are transfering from eg. POSB or UOB
- Payment Date and Time
- Reference Number(for ATM Transfer)
- Payee Nickname (for ibanking)
For payment verification,
ATM transfer: Retain transaction receipt
iBanking: Please save a copy of ibanking transaction statement.
Any payment claims arising without the above verification will not be entertained.
For PayPal payment, please email us your Paypal Transaction No. Please note that for PayPal payment, total amount will be converted to USD and subjected to PayPal Fees of 3.5% + $0.50. This fee is imposed by Paypal. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Policy
Devil's Heaven understand that you will be anxious to receive our product upon ordering. We will try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
- Upon received payment, your order will be delivered within 1 days.
Out of Stock policy
- Upon received payment, if stock is not available, we will deliver once the stock arrives. Normally it will take up to 2 weeks.
- In the event that the out of stock item order is obsolete, we will advise you for change of colour
- How to determine out of stock - Qty less than 1 indicated in stock mean that the item is out of stock. Please see example
Type of Delivery
Devil's Heaven make use of Singpost Postage Services and also local courier services to deliver your order.
During the checkout process, our shopping cart will automatically calculate your preferred postage method charges based on prevailing Singpost charges.
- SingPost Local Standard Postage - Local Standard Mail does not warranty as guarantee delivery. In the event of lost mail or mis-delivered mail, SingPost and Devil's Heaven will not be liable for it.
As a general guide , please use shopping cart for accurate calculation.
1 bottles - $1, 2 bottles - $1.50, 3-5 bottles - $2.50, 6-10 bottles - $5.00
- SingPost Local Registered Mail Postage - Registered Mail provides a means to ensure delivery of the your product, as you have to acknowledge receipt of the registered mail.
As a general guide ,please use shopping cart for accurate calculation.
Add $2.30 to standard postage fee
- Singapore Local Courier Delivery - Premium Service. Your order will be deliver your product to your doorstep.
- Meetup/ Pickup - Location will be at
1. Tiong Bahru Plaza, Long John Silver. 2nd or 4th week of the month on Sunday. Time will be advise through email. 2. OUB CENTRE/RAFFLES PLACES MON-FRI 1PM or 5.30PM.
Devil's Heaven will not be liable for any damage to your order during the delivery process (Singpost). We have no control over the delivery.
We generate our mail labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect postal code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us or your package is lost, Devil's Heaven is not responsible.
If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being delivered.
However, once your package has been processed and delivered, we cannot make address corrections to your package. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS.
Undeliverable or Lost Orders (Due to customer error)
In the unfortunate event, a package has been returned due to incorrect address given by the customer. We could redeliver the order subjected to additional shipping charges.
Devil's Heaven is not responsible for any lost delivery, which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
Packaging
Devil's Heaven will try our best to protect your investment and minimize any damage during postage. Therefore we take special preparation before each order is posted out.
- All bottles are individually bubbled wrapped.
- Nail polish are not flat. Nail polish could fall out if envelope is torn. Each Envelope are taped on each side to prevent envelope torn apart during the postage process.
Refund Policy All good sold are non-refundable and non exchangeable
Policy Changes We reserve the right to revise our policy at our discretion. If we do change our policy we will post a notice on the site. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of the website and will replace all prior policies. |
