I had been surfing their website for a few weeks and saw the xmas promo. The promo they launched was great value for $10 per bottle. Response was too good that as i was slow therefore didn't place my order on time.

I was at your shop at Northpoint on 27 Dec 08 as I read about your OPI promotion at this website. I wasn't sure if your shop had already opened, so I took the risk and travelled from Bedok to Yishun to take a look. And it was worth it!
Service was great, and although the colours I wanted were unavailable (since I was there at the tail end of your promo), I left the shop feeling happy since I bought another 8 bottles at a great price! Staff was also helpful in checking if the colours I wanted were still in stock.

Wanted it to be sent earlier for an event but one of the products that i wanted was out of stock and could require up to 2 weeks for restock. Overall i am very satisfied with the service though there were some kinks which i can totally overlook. Highly recommended! =)

Although we could not control Singpost delivery service, we will still review our procedure again to see if we could further improve on our packaging method. This is the 6th time I've purchased OPI nail polishes from Devil's Heaven and the response time and delivery is still quick as usual. However, I do notice that the batch code on some of the bottles has been scribed off and the formula for R61 Kreme de la Kremlin is thinner than the one I've brought previously at the OPI sales booth though it seems to be authentic.
Also, the brush for J05 Let Them Eat Rice Cake is not of the ProWide kind which is very puzzling because I have 2 other polishes of the same Jap series( Suzi Sells Sushi at Seashore & Holy Pink Pagoda) which have the ProWide brush.

well.. i would say that generally. it's quite good. This is my first time ordering from Devil's Heaven. Product arrived brand new and was packed in very good condition. And I received it one day after it was being delivered. They made it an effort to inform you the status of your delivery via email..
However, as the color that I originally wanted wasn't available, they took three days to inform me about it, So I only received my order after a week. That's the only downside..
